One of the most appreciated services Tropical Gardens offers its customers is our Weekly Availability Program. Led by Marketing Coordinator, Julie Miklaszewicz, a team of of trained Sales Associates contact our customers the week prior to delivery to ensure we have everything they need. 

What many customers do not realize is that the phone call they get from us can open the door to acquiring specialty products that aren't normally carried on the truck and may not show up on the availability list we email and fax each week. While our greenhouse is stocked with hundreds of plant varieties, each truck can only carry so much. 

Keeping a "wish list" of your customers' needs can be very helpful.  Quite often we have the item in stock.  If we do not have it in stock, we will make every effort to order it for you.  Often, a specialty plant that a customer requests becomes a popular item and we end up carrying that in our regular stock.
